This Privacy Policy explains how Offrole.gg (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Offrole.gg website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
  • Profile information: your display name, username, bio, avatar, tagline, links, rate card, audience description, and other content you add to your link page or media kit.
  • Brand information: if you use the Service as a brand, your company name and related details.
  • Communications: information you send us, such as feedback or support requests.
  • Collaboration and payment data: if you participate in brand–creator collaborations, we collect offer terms, deliverable links, payment amounts and currency, approval and rejection records, and contract files you upload. Payments and creator payouts are processed by Stripe (including Stripe Connect for creator payouts); we store Stripe payment, transfer, and refund identifiers linked to each collaboration.

Information from connected social accounts

When you connect a third-party platform such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or X (each a “Connected Platform”) using its official authorization flow, we access information you authorize us to receive, which may include:

  • Your handle, username, profile link, and profile picture;
  • Follower counts, following counts, video/post counts, likes, views, and engagement metrics;
  • Aggregated audience demographics such as age ranges, gender distribution, and country or city, where the platform provides them.

We use this information solely to provide the Service — for example, to build and display your media kit and analytics, and to enable brand discovery. We access Connected Platform data only with your authorization, and only to the extent needed to provide these features. We do not sell Connected Platform data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: such as pages viewed, links clicked on your public pages, and general interaction with the Service.
  • Device and log data: such as IP address, browser type, and referring pages, used for security and analytics.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. See “Cookies” below.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • To build your public link page and media kit and to keep your analytics up to date;
  • To enable brands to discover creators based on aggregated, creator-authorized data;
  • To process subscriptions, trials, and payments;
  • To communicate with you, respond to feedback, and provide support;
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • Publicly, at your direction: information you choose to include on your public link page or media kit is visible to anyone with the link, subject to your privacy settings. Your media kit visibility is controlled by you and defaults to private until you make it public.
  • With brands: if you make your profile discoverable, brands using the Service may view your creator profile and aggregated analytics.
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf, including: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and storage), Neon (database), and, where you use AI writing features, OpenAI. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Offrole.gg, our users, or others.
  • In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain raw click and page-view records for a limited period (approximately 90 days) before aggregating them, and we retain aggregated analytics to power your media kit. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law.

If you delete an individual brand profile, that brand's portal data (messages, shortlists, collaborations, and related records) is removed from your active account view. We may retain certain brand and collaboration records internally for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Access and update: you can view and edit most of your information directly in your dashboard.
  • Disconnect platforms: you can disconnect any Connected Platform at any time from your dashboard, and revoke access through the platform’s own settings. Disconnecting stops future data access and removes the associated analytics from your profile going forward.
  • Deletion: you can delete your account, or request deletion of your personal information, by contacting us at legal@offrole.gg.
  • Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. We will honor such requests as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your language and display preferences. Because these are essential to the Service, they are not used for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting access tokens for Connected Platforms. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (including email) and ask you to accept the revised Policy before you continue using the Service.
